Realme has confirmed that the Narzo 100x 5G will launch in India on July 15. Ahead of its debut, the company has revealed key specifications, positioning the smartphone as a battery-focused offering in the budget 5G segment. It will be available via Amazon and the company's official website.
Realme Narzo 100x 5G Specifications And Features
The biggest highlight of the Narzo 100x 5G is its 8,000mAh battery, which Realme says can deliver up to three days of usage on a single charge. Despite packing such a large battery, the smartphone measures just 8.8mm thick. The company has also confirmed support for 80W Ultra Charge, promising significantly faster charging than most devices in this price segment.
Powering the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset built on a 6nm process. Realme says the phone will ship with up to 14GB Dynamic RAM and 256GB of storage, targeting users who regularly multitask, stream content, or play mobile games.
The Narzo 100x 5G will also arrive with realme UI 7.0 and several AI-powered features, including Gemini Live, AI Assistant for Notes, AI Eraser, AI-powered Portrait Lighting, and AI Pulse Light. The latter can personalise lighting effects with nine colours and five speed settings based on different moods and outfits.
Aimed at Battery-Focused Budget Buyers
With its emphasis on battery life, fast charging, and AI features, the Narzo 100x 5G appears to target students, casual gamers, and users who want a phone that can comfortably last multiple days without frequent charging. Realme is positioning it as an entertainment-first smartphone under its "Non-stop Power, Non-stop Fun" philosophy.
Once it launches, the Narzo 100x 5G is expected to compete with smartphones such as the Redmi 15 5G, POCO M8 Pro 5G, Motorola Moto G77 Power, and Samsung Galaxy M18 5G in the affordable 5G segment. While rivals may offer AMOLED panels or higher-resolution cameras, Realme is betting on its massive 8,000mAh battery and 80W charging to stand out.
The Narzo series has traditionally focused on value-driven performance, but Realme is shifting the spotlight towards battery life with the Narzo 100x 5G. An 8,000mAh battery paired with 80W charging is uncommon at this end of the market and could appeal to users who prioritise endurance over benchmark numbers. Pricing will ultimately decide its competitiveness, but on paper, the Narzo 100x 5G looks set to take on other budget 5G smartphones by offering one of the largest batteries in its class.
