Samsung has announced the availability of its latest flagship foldable smartphones and smartwatches in India. The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Watch Ultra2, and Galaxy Watch9 are now on sale. The company also revealed that the new Galaxy Z series received 271,000 pre-orders within 72 hours, highlighting strong demand ahead of the first sale.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra features an 8-inch main display in Samsung's slimmest Fold design yet at 4.1mm thickness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. For photography, it gets a 200MP primary camera alongside a 50MP ultra-wide camera with improved Nightography capabilities.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 weighs 201g and houses a 4,800mAh battery. Samsung says its new Flex Titanium display structure reduces crease visibility while improving durability. The main display reaches 3,000 nits of peak brightness, while the dual 50MP rear cameras support features such as Dual Recording and My FanCam. The cover display is designed for messaging, browsing and short-form video, while the unfolded screen offers a larger viewing area for productivity and entertainment.
The Galaxy Z Flip8 weighs 180g and measures 6.1mm when unfolded, making it Samsung's slimmest Flip smartphone to date. It comes with a 50MP camera powered by the company's ProVisual Engine and supports Flex Mode, Super Steady with Horizon Lock, FlipShot and Cover Screen Mirror for hands-free photography and video recording.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra2 is Samsung's latest premium smartwatch, featuring an 800mAh battery, the Snapdragon Elite platform, and a display capable of reaching 5,000 nits peak brightness. It retains its titanium construction and introduces new fitness features such as Trail Run, Nutrition Alert and enhanced diving support.
The Galaxy Watch9 is designed for everyday use with an aluminium case, Samsung's cushion-shaped design, and the Snapdragon Elite platform. It is available in 40mm and 44mm sizes, with battery capacities of 390mAh and 445mAh, respectively. The smartwatch also offers up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness for improved outdoor visibility.

The Galaxy Z Fold8 is priced from Rs. 1,79,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model, with the 512GB version costing Rs. 1,99,999 and the 1TB variant available for Rs. 2,39,999.
The Galaxy Z Flip8 starts at Rs. 1,24,999 for the 12GB + 256GB configuration, while the 512GB variant is priced at Rs. 1,44,999.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra2 is priced at Rs. 64,999, while the Galaxy Watch9 starts at Rs. 37,999 for the 40mm Bluetooth model and goes up to Rs. 44,999 for the 44mm LTE variant.
