vivo has announced the sale of the vivo T5 Pro in India, positioning it as a performance-focused smartphone with a strong emphasis on battery life, gaming stability, and everyday usability.
The device combines a large battery, high refresh rate display, and a cooling-focused design, targeting users looking for sustained performance rather than short bursts of peak output. The device runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, with claims of achieving an AnTuTu score of 1.2 million. To sustain performance, vivo has included a 7000 mm² vapor chamber cooling system, along with thermal layers and system-level optimisations for gaming stability. With the T5 Pro, vivo is prioritising endurance and consistent performance, combining large battery capacity with thermal management and gaming-focused features. Running on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, the device includes AI features such as AI Transcript, AI Search, and Google Gemini integration.
It also comes with three years of OS updates and five years of security updates. The T5 Pro includes IP68 and IP69 ratings along with a reinforced structural design for improved durability in real-world conditions.
A 9020mAh Battery Designed Around Endurance And Fast Top-Ups
The T5 Pro is equipped with a 9020mAh battery, which Vivo positions as its largest yet. It supports 90W FlashCharge, capable of reaching 50 percent in 37 minutes, while features like bypass charging and battery health optimisation aim to maintain efficiency during extended use. With a massive battery, vivo managed to maintain a slim profile of 0.825mm.

The T5 Pro features a 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 5000 nits peak brightness. It supports HDR10+ and includes eye-care technologies such as low blue light certification and 2160Hz PWM dimming. The smartphone is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera with OIS and a 32MP front camera. It supports 4K recording on both ends, along with features such as AI Erase, AI UHD, and Super Night Mode.

The vivo T5 Pro is priced at ₹29,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, ₹33,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model, and ₹39,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant.
The smartphone is available starting April 21, 2026, across Flipkart, vivo India e-store, and partner retail outlets.
