Vivo has expanded the X300 FE lineup in India with the introduction of a new 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, making its compact flagship more accessible to buyers. The new model retains the same premium hardware, ZEISS-tuned cameras, flagship Snapdragon chipset, and long software support as the higher-end variants, while lowering the entry price into the X300 FE series.

Vivo X300 FE Specifications and Features

The Vivo X300 FE continues to offer a compact flagship experience with a 6.31-inch (16.04cm) display that delivers up to 5,000 nits peak brightness and supports the ZEISS Master Color Display for improved colour reproduction.

For photography, the smartphone features a 50MP ZEISS main camera, a 50MP ZEISS telephoto camera, and a 50MP ZEISS wide-angle front camera, catering to portraits, long-range shots, selfies, and video calls.

Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with OriginOS 6. The software experience includes features such as Origin Island, Text Vibe, One-Tap Transfer, Shake & Share, and the Vivo Office Kit, which enables phone mirroring, file transfers, task handoff, and remote PC control.

The handset also comes with several AI-powered features, including AI Search, AI Creation, and AI Captions. Vivo has also committed to five years of Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates, alongside Private Space for enhanced privacy.

Keeping the lights on is a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W FlashCharge and 40W wireless FlashCharge. The smartphone is also rated IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance.

Like other recent Vivo smartphones, the X300 FE is manufactured at the company's Greater Noida facility under its Make in India initiative. According to Vivo, the plant employs around 8,000 people, and all Vivo smartphones sold in India are produced locally.
