Best 75-inch TV Deals to Look Forward to During BBD and GIF: Xiaomi, TCL, Samsung, Hisense and Kodak

A 75-inch TV is the kind of upgrade where the screen size itself becomes part of the experience. With the Big Billion Days and the Great Indian Festival, larger TVs have become more accessible. So a lot more buyers can now consider stretching the screen size and getting a more immersive experience. However, now there is another decision to make: whether to spend more on a familiar premium brand or go for a QLED model with a higher refresh rate and more features.

This is a particularly interesting segment this year because QLED TVs are available around the Rs 60,000-70,000 mark, while brands such as Samsung are still commanding a significant premium for their own processing and smart TV experience. That doesn't necessarily make the cheaper TV better, but it does mean buyers have to look beyond the size and the discount percentage. We have picked some of the more interesting 75-inch TVs to watch during the Big Billion Days and Great Indian Festival sales, including options from Xiaomi, TCL, Samsung, Hisense and Kodak.

Xiaomi 75-inch X Pro QLED 4K Google TV

Xiaomi's 75-inch X Pro QLED TV is one of the models worth watching closely during the sale. It is currently listed at Rs 69,999, against an MRP of Rs 1,19,999, and Flipkart is also showing it as a Big Billion Days price. The TV uses a 4K QLED panel and runs Google TV. It supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+, while Xiaomi also includes a 120Hz DLG mode, Variable Refresh Rate and ALLM for gaming. There are three HDMI ports and two USB ports, while storage stands at 32GB with 2GB of RAM. Audio output is rated at 34W.

At Rs 69,999, the Xiaomi is already interesting, but the real question is how much lower it could go during the major sale days. A 75-inch QLED TV with Dolby Vision and a 120Hz gaming mode getting close to the Rs 60,000 range would make this a particularly aggressive deal. For buyers who want the biggest screen possible without immediately jumping towards Rs 80,000-90,000, Xiaomi's X Pro is one of the models I would keep an eye on.

TCL 75-inch T6D QLED Google TV

TCL's 75-inch T6D is another model that could make the 75-inch segment considerably more competitive during the sale. It is currently listed at Rs 79,990 on Flipkart, against an MRP of Rs 1,49,990, with the platform showing an effective price of around Rs 59,565 after applicable offers. The TV comes with a 4K QLED display and supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. TCL also advertises a 120Hz Game Accelerator using DLG technology, along with its AI processing and slim unibody design. The TV runs Google TV and offers the usual access to major streaming platforms. There is an important detail to keep in mind here. The standard specification listing shows a 60Hz native refresh rate, with 120Hz available through the DLG Game Accelerator mode.

That makes the TCL particularly interesting if the sale price comes down towards Rs 60,000. At that level, you're getting a 75-inch QLED TV with Dolby Vision and Google TV without paying a premium simply for the screen size.

Samsung 75-inch Crystal 4K Vision AI TV

Samsung's 75-inch Crystal 4K Vision AI TV is positioned differently from the Xiaomi and TCL models. It is currently listed around Rs 88,990, while its MRP is Rs 1,14,900. Price tracking also shows that the model has previously dropped below Rs 80,000 during offers, making the upcoming sale price worth watching. The TV uses Samsung's Crystal Processor 4K and supports 4K upscaling, HDR10+, PurColor and other picture-enhancement technologies. It runs Tizen and includes Samsung's Vision AI features, along with voice assistance, AirPlay and other smart functions. The model supports 120Hz according to current product specifications, although some retail listings show different refresh-rate information, so buyers should check the exact listing before purchasing.

Samsung's biggest advantage here isn't necessarily the raw specification sheet. It is the overall ecosystem, processing and software experience. Samsung also offers a two-year warranty on the listed Flipkart version, including an additional panel warranty. The problem is price. At nearly Rs 89,000, the Samsung is considerably more expensive than Xiaomi and TCL's 75-inch QLED options. If the BBD or GIF price drops closer to Rs 75,000-80,000, however, the calculation becomes much more interesting.

Hisense 75-inch Hi-QLED TV

Hisense's 75-inch Hi-QLED model is another one to watch if you're looking for a large QLED screen without paying Samsung money. The TV focuses heavily on picture and gaming features, with Hisense's Hi-QLED display technology, AI picture processing and support for modern HDR formats. It also comes with a large-screen design aimed at buyers looking for a more cinema-like experience at home.

Hisense has increasingly positioned its larger TVs around gaming and sports as well, so features such as high refresh-rate support and motion processing are important parts of the package. This is also where the upcoming sale price matters more than the MRP. Hisense frequently competes on aggressive pricing, and if this 75-inch model moves close to the Rs 60,000-65,000 bracket, it could become one of the more interesting alternatives to TCL and Xiaomi.

For buyers who aren't particularly attached to Samsung or LG, Hisense is the sort of brand worth checking during the sale rather than automatically skipping because of the lower brand premium.

Kodak MotionX 75-inch QLED 4K Google TV

Kodak's MotionX 75-inch QLED TV is perhaps the most aggressive specification package in this list. It is currently available on Flipkart for Rs 64,899, down from an MRP of Rs 1,29,999. The effective price shown with available offers is around Rs 60,904. The TV has a 4K QLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 550 nits of brightness, and precise dimming. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HLG, MEMC, ALLM and VRR, giving it a fairly comprehensive feature set for gaming and OTT viewing. The audio specification is also unusual at this price. Kodak has included four speakers with a combined 70W output, while the TV runs Google TV and comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. There are three HDMI ports and two USB ports as well.

At around Rs 65,000, this is already an aggressive proposition. If the effective price moves closer to Rs 60,000 during the main sale window, the MotionX could become one of the more tempting 75-inch options for buyers who care about specifications. The one thing I'd be more cautious about here is the brand's one-year product warranty compared with the longer warranty coverage offered by some of the bigger brands.

The interesting part about this year's BBD and GIF deals is that 75-inch TVs are no longer automatically a luxury purchase. Xiaomi is already at Rs 69,999, Kodak is around Rs 65,000 and TCL's effective sale price is close to Rs 60,000.  That changes the buying equation quite a bit. At this size, moving from a 65-inch to a 75-inch screen makes a noticeable difference in the viewing experience, especially in a larger living room. But the jump in size shouldn't come at the cost of picture quality. This is why QLED, HDR, and refresh rate become important. A 75-inch QLED TV with a 120Hz gaming mode can potentially be a more interesting purchase than a considerably more expensive conventional LED model, provided you are comfortable with the brand and service network. At the other end, Samsung's 75-inch model shows why premium brands still command a premium. The TV costs substantially more, but buyers are also paying for Samsung's processing, software and ecosystem rather than just the size of the panel.
