Samsung Galaxy A54 5G Review: Should You Buy in 10 Points
Shubham Raheja
It offers a premium feel, and the only differentiation from the S23 series are the matte plastic frame without antenna bands, slightly smaller camera rings, and vibrant colours.
Design
At the front is a gorgeous 6.4-inch AMOLED FHD+ display that refreshes at 120Hz, making touch inputs smooth.
Display
Enough RAM for background apps, but the Exynos 1380 SoC struggles with heavy tasks like running spreadsheets and Google Maps simultaneously.
Performance
OneUI is mostly the same, functionality and appearance-wise, compared to the Galaxy S and Z series, there's still some bloat like the Glance screen and Galaxy Widget.
UI
It features 50MP + 12MP + 5MP triple rear cameras and which takes well-exposed photos in daylight. But the Portrait mode needs a little bit of work with accurate cut-outs.
Camera
The Galaxy A54 5G has a 5,000mAh battery and lasts around six and a half hours on a single charge.
Battery
The Galaxy A54 5G is for the fashion-conscious on a budget. It is styled to ape an S23 Plus and does that well in terms of design, build and battery life.
Verdict
- Premium design - Good battery life - Decent cameras - Great display
What is Good?
- Mediocre performance - Bloatware - Only 25W charging - No charger in the box
What is Bad?
- OnePlus 11R - Moto Edge 30 Fusion
