The F55 focuses on design, featuring a vegan leather back. Samsung boldly offers an Apricot Crush colour, which is a fancy term for orange, with saddle stitch patterns. Overall, the phone looks premium.

Design

The phone has a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate which offers vivid colours, making Netflix and other content enjoyable to watch.

Display

The Galaxy F55 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset and comes with up to 12GB RAM options. It can easily handle less resource-intensive games like Alto’s Adventure without lags or stutters.

Performance

The phone runs Samsung’s OneUI 6.1 with Android 14. Samsung is promising four years of Android upgrades and five years of security updates, which is commendable.

UI

Samsung is packing a triple camera at the back with a 50MP primary camera. The rear camera delivers acceptable photos with enough details in well-lit scenarios.

Camera

The Galaxy F55 may have a slim profile, but it doesn’t compromise battery life. With a 5000 mAh battery, it lasted an impressive 11 hours and 4 minutes in our PC Mark testing.

Battery

The Galaxy F55 offers a stylish design and durability, stable performance, and long battery life. The vegan leather adds a unique look to the phone, making it stand out in the segment.
