Oppo K14 Plus goes on sale in India with 8,000mAh battery and 144Hz AMOLED display

The Oppo K14 Plus is now available to buy in India as part of the Flipkart Big Billion Days sale. The smartphone goes on sale from October 8, bringing a 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 7360 MAX chipset and an 8,000mAh battery to the company’s K series. 

The Oppo K14 Plus starts at an effective price of Rs. 25,999 during the sale, following a Rs. 4,000 instant bank discount. It is available through Flipkart and the Oppo India e-store, with a six-month no-cost EMI option also offered to buyers. 

Oppo K14 Plus price in India

The Oppo K14 Plus is priced at Rs. 29,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB+128GB model costs Rs. 32,999, while the top-end 8GB+256GB version is priced at Rs. 35,999.

During the first day of the Flipkart Big Billion Days sale, buyers can get a Rs. 4,000 instant bank discount with leading banks. This brings the effective prices of the three variants down to Rs. 25,999, Rs. 28,999 and Rs. 31,999, respectively. The phone is available in Solar Orange and Star White colour options. 

Oppo K14 Plus specifications

The Oppo K14 Plus features a 17.22cm 1.5K AMOLED Ultra Bright display with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The panel has a 2,772×1,272-pixel resolution, 450ppi pixel density, and 100 percent DCI-P3 colour coverage. It can reach 3,600 nits peak brightness and offers up to 1,800 nits full-screen brightness. The display also supports 2,160Hz PWM dimming and up to 240Hz touch sampling. 

Powering the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 MAX chipset, built on a 4nm process. It uses four Cortex-A78 cores clocked at up to 2.5GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores running at up to 2.0GHz, alongside an Arm Mali-G615 GPU. The phone uses LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, with up to 16GB of RAM expansion available on the 8GB variants. 

Oppo has also equipped the K14 Plus with a 5,000mm² SuperCool VC vapour chamber and a 19,989mm² graphite spread for thermal management. AI GameBoost 3.0 is included to optimise performance and touch responsiveness during supported gaming scenarios. 

The phone packs an 8,000mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC charging. Oppo says the battery is designed to retain at least 80 percent of its capacity after 1,800 full charge cycles. The handset also supports bypass charging and 10W reverse wired charging. 

For photography, the K14 Plus gets a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 1/2-inch sensor, an f/1.8 aperture, and autofocus. It supports 4K video recording, while the front camera uses a 16-megapixel Sony IMX480 sensor. 

The smartphone runs ColorOS 16 and includes features such as AI-powered editing tools and O+ Connect for file transfers between Oppo smartphones and iPhones.
