LG Launches 115-Inch QNED evo AI Mini LED TV in India at Rs 14,99,990

LG has launched its 115-inch QNED evo AI Mini LED TV in India at Rs 14,99,990, featuring 4K resolution, Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen3, Dolby Atmos-style virtual surround sound and refresh rates of up to 165Hz for gaming.

LG Electronics India has launched its largest QNED evo television for 2026, bringing a massive 115-inch 4K Mini LED screen to the Indian market. The new LG QNED evo AI Mini LED TV is powered by the Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen3 and combines local dimming technology, AI-based picture processing, virtual surround sound and high-refresh-rate gaming features.

LG 115-Inch QNED evo TV Features

The LG QNED evo features a 115-inch display with Mini LED backlighting and Precision Dimming Ultra technology. LG says the system controls thousands of local dimming zones to improve contrast, preserve details in dark scenes and maintain bright highlights. The television also features Dynamic QNED Color Pro, which is certified by Intertek for 100% colour volume. The technology is designed to deliver rich and accurate colours across the large screen, including in bright HDR scenes.

Powering the television is LG's Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen3. It supports AI Super Upscaling, which analyses objects on screen and refines textures, edges and fine details to improve the appearance of lower-resolution content on the 4K display. Other picture processing features include AI Picture Pro, which enhances faces and other key elements, and Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro, which analyses frames to adjust resolution, brightness and clarity.

For audio, the LG 115-inch QNED evo includes AI Sound Pro, which creates virtual 11.1.2-channel surround sound through the television's built-in speakers. LG says the system is designed to improve spatial separation and create a more immersive soundstage for films, sports and action-heavy content.

The television also runs webOS 26, which brings dedicated sports features. Sports Portal brings live content, scores, match schedules and league standings together, while Sports Alert sends notifications for selected teams and leagues. An on-screen AI Concierge card can display match progress and game-result predictions, allowing viewers to follow multiple sporting events without leaving the current screen.

Gaming is another key focus of the new television. The LG QNED evo supports variable refresh rates of up to 165Hz, AMD FreeSync Premium and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), designed to reduce latency and deliver smoother gameplay.

Its Motion Booster feature can raise the refresh rate to 330Hz, according to LG, helping reduce motion blur in fast-paced shooters and racing games. The LG Gaming Portal also provides access to cloud gaming services and native web games. These features make the television suitable for compatible gaming setups, although the refresh rate and performance available will depend on the connected device, content and supported modes.

The television's webOS 26 platform includes several AI-powered personalisation features. Voice ID recognises individual users and loads their personalised My Page home screen, while AI Concierge offers context-aware recommendations based on what they are watching. The TV also supports multiple AI assistants, including Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, allowing users to ask questions, look up information and search for related content while watching.

LG Shield provides security for user data and personalised experiences through advanced encryption, according to the company.

LG 115-Inch QNED evo AI Mini LED TV Price in India

The LG 115QNED90BL QNED evo AI Mini LED TV is priced at Rs 14,99,990 in India with availability through retail partners.

LG's 115-inch QNED evo is aimed at buyers looking for a television that can serve as the centrepiece of a dedicated home entertainment setup. Its Mini LED backlighting, 100% colour volume certification, AI picture processing and gaming features give it a broad feature set beyond its sheer size. However, at nearly Rs 15 lakh, it remains a premium purchase for a relatively small audience. Its appeal will ultimately depend on how much buyers value an ultra-large display and the accompanying picture, audio and gaming technologies.
