Bharti Airtel has announced a new range of postpaid plans that bundle free international roaming with existing benefits such as unlimited data, Fast Lane technology, safety features and entertainment subscriptions. The new plans will be available to customers from October 8, 2026.
As part of the offer, Airtel postpaid customers will get one international roaming trip free every year. The complimentary roaming pack includes 5GB of data, 60 minutes of outgoing calls, 25 outgoing SMS and free incoming SMS. The benefits remain valid for five days, with customers able to activate the pack at a time of their choice during their international trip.
For family postpaid users, the free roaming benefit extends to every member included in the plan, with each SIM eligible for one free international trip per year.
The new lineup starts at ₹499 per month for an individual plan and goes up to ₹1,799 per month for a family plan with up to five SIMs. Depending on the plan, customers also get access to subscriptions such as Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, Netflix, Apple Music, Apple iCloud+, Google One and Xstream Play Premium.
Airtel is also bundling unlimited data and calling with all the new plans, alongside network-level spam and fraud protection. The company says its Fast Lane technology is designed to provide an enhanced 5G experience, while its Postpaid Advantage Club offers access to entertainment and exclusive experiences.
Existing Airtel customers on both prepaid and older postpaid plans can upgrade through the Airtel app or by visiting an Airtel store. Customers from other networks can also switch to Airtel Postpaid through the app or an Airtel store.
