Honor X20 Max 5G comes with a massive 7.2-inch Full HD+ display that offers 1080x2400 pixels resolution. The screen provides pixel density of 409 PPI, comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and gets a punch hole design at the top-left. The power button and the volume rocker are placed on the right side of the phone. For additional security, the X20 Max 5G includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock that works through the selfie camera.

Honor X20 Max comes powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset. It gets 8GB RAM along with 128GB onboard storage but without any expansion slot. The phone runs on Android operating system. Honor has offered a quad rear camera on the X20 Max that includes a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2MP sensor and a 2MP depth sensor.
