iQOO 9 Pro has a lot going in its favour. Flagship hardware, cameras with gimbal system, and even the design warrants its class. But iQOO is still a newbie in this arena, where it has the big boys Samsung, Apple to rival. So, even though the phone has a lot to offer, it still fails to become a choice for those spending over Rs 60,000.

iQOO 9 Pro 5G boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers Quad HD+ resolution at 1440x3200 pixels. The screen produces pixel density of 518 PPI, and has punch hole layout at the top-centre. The display offers large viewing area that gives you screen to body ratio of 89 percent. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side of the phone. For security purpose, this phone has an on-screen fingerprint sensor built under the display and face unlock that works through the selfie camera.

iQOO 9 Pro 5G comes powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 octa-core chipset along with 8GB RAM. The device offers 256GB onboard storage but lacks a memory card slot. The phone runs on a Funtouch OS built over Android 12 operating system out of the box. The 9 Pro 5G features a triple rear camera that includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 16MP telephoto sensor. The front of the phone gets a 16MP camera that lets you click selfies, shoot videos and take video calls.
