Motorola has introduced a new addition to its renowned G-series lineup. The Moto G55 is the most recent addition to the lineup. The brand's 5G model is packed with interesting features and characteristics. The Moto G55 has a clean design profile and is available in a variety of colours. The rear panel has a textured finish, while the front panel has a punch-hole pattern. The Moto G55 sports an IPS LCD display screen with a tall aspect ratio of 20:9. The device has a 6.5-inch display with a pixel density of 405ppi. The device has a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a colour palette of 16 million choices. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor on the side for further security.

The Moto G55 is powered by Qualcomm's latest octa-core Snapdragon 695 CPU. The 6nm chipset includes two Kryo 660 cores and six Kryo 660 cores clocked up to 2.2GHz. The device is also outfitted with an Adreno 619 GPU to handle graphics. The Moto smartphone has 4GB of Memory and 64GB of storage space. A microSD card port allows for memory expansion of up to 1 TB. The phone boasts three cameras on the rear panel. The phone features a 50MP main camera, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone boasts a 13MP front-facing camera. The Moto G55 is powered by Android 13 and features the My UX user interface on top.

A 5,000mAh battery powers the Moto G55. The smartphone also has a USB Type-C connection that allows rapid charging. Connectivity options include 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, dual-SIM compatibility, and NFC.
