The Nubia Red Magic 6S 5G features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 388 PPI. The display panel has a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90% screen-to-body ratio. The power button and volume rocker keys are located on the right side of the device. The phone features an in-display fingerprint sensor for security purpose.

Considering that it's a gaming device, Nubia is making use of an octa-core Snapdragon 888 flagship processor to power up the Red Magic 6S 5G. The device packs 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box. For imaging, the Nubia Red Magic 6S 5G sports triple cameras at the back that consist of a 64MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and 2MP sensor.
