The performance of this phone is underwhelming, and its software needs a lot of work. Camera performance is also not as good as its competition.
Verdict
It is hard to recommend the Oppo A5s when options such as the Realme 3 and Redmi Note 7 exist. The use of a weak Helio P35 chipset paired with 2GB of RAM on the Oppo A5s result in a severely lacking user experience. If your only requirements are good looks and long battery life, then this smartphone will fulfill your needs. If imaging and performance are must-haves, then you would be better off looking elsewhere.
