OPPO Reno Ace

The OPPO Reno Ace is the flagship smartphone from OPPO for the rest of 2019, so it comes with the highest-end processor that's available in the market during the second half of 2019. It is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC (system on chip), which is combined with at least 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and at least 128GB of UFS 3.0 internal storage. There are other variants with even more RAM and storage. There will be a higher-priced variant with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage chip. To power this powerful beast of a phone, the company has used a 4000mAh battery, which might not seem much, but it comes with 65W ultra-fast battery charging.

The OPPO Reno runs the Android 9 Pie operating system, and it uses the ColorOS 6 UI on top of the OS. ColorOS comes with a lot of custom features and added benefits. Some of the features that come with ColorOS 6 are Clone Apps, Game Space, Game Assistant, Cloud Backup service for backing up data, Smart Assistant, SOLOOP Video Editor, and more.

The OPPO Reno has a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz screen refresh rate for a smoother UI. Be it gaming or doing day-to-day tasks, a 90Hz screen makes a ton of difference (positive) compared to usual run-of-the-mill 60Hz refresh rate screens. At the top, the Reno Ace has a motorized pop-up sharkfin-style mechanism, and it hides a 16MP selfie camera with an LED flash within. The selfie camera can also record 1080p videos. At the rear, the OPPO Reno Ace will have a triple-camera setup with a 48MP primary camera with PDAF and 4K 60fps video recording, a 13MP camera with 5x periscope-style optical zoom lens, and an 8MP camera with ultrawide-angle lens.

The OPPO Reno Ace is powered by a 4000mAh battery, and it supports 65W VOOC fast charging over the USB Type-C cable. A compatible charger comes bundled inside the box, so no matter how low the battery charger is, you can quickly top it up within minutes and let go of your fear of a dead phone battery when you need it the most. Connectivity features of the phone include dual-nano-SIM card slot, 2G, 3G, 4G, dual-frequency GPS/GNSS, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
