The Samsung Galaxy A22e 5G sports a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display. The display panel has a Full HD+ 1080p resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and a pixel density of 400 PPI. The power and volume keys are placed on the right side of the device. On the front side, the handset boasts a water-drop-shaped notch which includes the selfie camera. The security aspect of the device is handled by a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The handset also has a face unlock support which works through the selfie camera.

The Galaxy A22e 5G runs One UI 4.0 skin, which is based on the Android 12 version. Samsung is making use of an octa-core Dimensity 700 SoC to power the Galaxy A22e 5G. The device ships with 128GB of internal storage and it has 6GB of RAM. The handset even has microSD card support. On the backside, the A22e 5G features a triple-camera setup. The rear-facing camera module includes a 50MP main camera that has an f/1.8 aperture. The 50MP main sensor is accompanied by 5MP and 2MP cameras.
