Design, Display, and Security
The Vivo Y24 comes with a punch-hole cutout at the front and a camera module at the top-left corner of the back panel. The device from Vivo packs a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with 405ppi pixel density. The display comes with an IPS LCD panel and offers a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels along with a tall aspect ratio of 20:9. The company has also added a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature as well for added security.
Performance, Camera and UI
The Vivo Y24 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset that is based on a 12nm fabrication process. The chipset comes with Mali-G52 MP2 GPU and offers 4GB of RAM. The device is loaded with 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. For optics, you get a triple-camera setup on the rear panel, which comes with a combination of a 16MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. The Vivo Y24 packs an 8MP shooter for selfies and video calling. The handset runs on the Android 12 operating system and comes with the latest version of FunTouch OS.
