Xiaomi Redmi K80

The Redmi K80 is the latest flagship smartphone by Redmi in its K-series. This new device from Redmi offers impressive specifications such as OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and 6,000mAh battery. The Redmi K80 sports a 6.75-inch OLED display that has a Full HD+ 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The device has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection and a punch-hole cutout that occupies the selfie camera. The larger 20:9 aspect ratio display has thin bezels on all sides and a 390 PPI pixel density. For the security purpose, this new K-series phone gets a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a face unlock support. The device runs Android 13 out of the box with MIUI 14 skin on top.

An octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset is used by Xiaomi to power the Redmi K50. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset is aided with Adreno 740 GPU which handles the graphical performance. The device comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The optics department on the device is handled by a triple-camera setup. The smartphone features a 108MP camera which has PDAF and OIS support. Accompanying the 108MP sensor there is a 16MP ultra-wide lens and a 12MP camera. On the frontside, the device sports a 32MP camera by which users can capture selfies and make video-calls.

The Redmi K80 is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery which supports 45W fast charging. Connectivity-wise, the device has features such as Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, dual-SIM card support, 4G VoLTE, 5G, and a USB Type-C port.
