Nokia Lumia 928 is the successor to the Nokia Lumia 920 premium smartphone. The phone runs on the latest Windows phone 8 Operating System and is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual core processor with 1GB RAM. The phone has a 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ touchscreen display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and Nokia's Clear Black technology.

The device has an 8 Megapixel Primary camera with PureView technology and Carl Zeiss camera lens. The camera has autofocus and features a xenon as well as LED flash. The phone features geo-tagging functionality as well. The camera offers a new image stabilization called OIS which is more effective than the optical image stabilization on standard digital cameras.
