Honor X9B Listed on Geekbench With Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and 12GB RAM Before Launch

Honor unveiled the Honor X9A smartphone back in December last year. The device features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, a 64MP triple-camera setup and a 16MP selfie camera. The smartphone is equipped with Snapdragon 695 SoC which is coupled with 8GB of RAM. The handset now seems to be getting a successor soon in the form the Honor X9B.

The upcoming Honor X9B was spotted on TDRA and IMDA certification websites a few days back. The TDRA listing confirmed the moniker as Honor X9B and it also revealed the model number as ALI-NX1. Now, in a recent development, the Honor X9B is spotted on Geekbench.

Honor X9B Specifications Revealed

As per the Geekbench listing, the upcoming Honor X9B will be powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. The device will pack up to 12GB of RAM. On the software side of things, the smartphone will boot Android 13 out of the box as seen in the test result. The device has managed to pull off 936 and 2774 points in the single-core and multi-core tests respectively.

At present the other specifications of the smartphone such as its display size, camera configuration, battery capacity, and other details remain unknown. Additionally, the launch date of the handset remains a mystery. Considering that the smartphone has received a couple of certifications lately and it is spotted on Geekbench, we expect it to launch soon.

As mentioned above, the smartphone will arrive as a successor to the Honor X9A which made its debut last year. The smartphone features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 695 SoC. The device packs up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The other key features which the smartphone offer includes a 64MP triple-camera setup, a 16MP selfie camera, a 5,100mAh battery, an in-display fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, Wi-Fi, and 40W wired fast charging support.
