The Vivo T3x features a 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with 1080 x 2408 pixels. The display has a 20:9 aspect ratio which gives you a pixel density of 400PPI. The front panel comes with a waterdrop notch layout that houses a selfie camera. The power button and volume rockers are located on the right side of the device. The phone is available in two colour options, Black and Gold. In terms of security, the handset features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock support that works through a selfie camera. 

The Vivo T3x comes powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 MT6893Z processor that is made using a 6nm fabrication process. The Mali-G77 MC9 GPU handles graphics-related tasks on the device. The phone ships with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. further storage expansion option is not available on the device. The handset boots Android 12 out of the box. In the camera department, the device boasts a triple-camera setup at the rear panel. The phone packs a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the device packs a 16MP camera for selfie and video calling purpose.

The Vivo T3x gets its power from a 6,000mAh Li-Polymer battery that supports fast charging via a USB Type-C port. In terms of connectivity, the phone supports Dual SIM, Mobile Hotspot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm Audio jack.
