[Exclusive] Samsung Galaxy S10+ Prism Silver and Galaxy M30s Will Launch in India Soon

We spotted Samsung’s upcoming budget Android smartphone, the Galaxy M30s, on the Geekbench benchmark database last week. Thanks to one of our sources, we have now obtained a little more information regarding the upcoming smartphone, including its color options. The Galaxy M30s, according to reports, will be a newer version of the Galaxy M30 (Review) that was launched earlier this year.

Samsung Galaxy M30s Launch Details, Color Options

According to the information that we have received, Samsung will soon be launching the Galaxy M30s in India as well as a few other markets. It will be available in Black, Blue, and White color options at launch. In comparison, the current Galaxy M30 comes only in Black and Blue color options.

Aside from the Galaxy M30s, Samsung will also be bringing the Prism Silver color option for the Galaxy S10+ to India, which was introduced in a select few markets earlier this month.

As suggested by the smartphone’s recent Geekbench listing, Samsung Galaxy M30s will run on the same Exynos 9610 octa-core processor as the Galaxy A50. In the memory department, the SM-M307F variant that was caught on Geekbench featured 4GB of RAM. Unlike the Galaxy M30, which launched with the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box, the upcoming Galaxy M30s will run on Samsung’s latest One UI based on Pie right out of the box.

In addition to a more powerful chipset under the hood, Samsung Galaxy M30s is tipped to come with improved cameras on both sides. As for storage, the phone could be offered in two variants: 64GB and 128GB. The battery capacity, however, is expected to remain unchanged at 5000mAh. Just like the current Galaxy M30, the Galaxy M30s is likely to have 15W fast charging support, so you will not have to wait very long for the massive battery to be fully charged.
