Samsung Galaxy S24 and S24 Ultra Korean Version Spotted on Geekbench With Exynos 2400 and Overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Chipsets

Update: The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Korean version also has appeared on Geekbench. The benchmark listing shows that the device will be powered by an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The smartphone will pack up to 12GB of RAM as revealed by the test result. The device is listed on the Geekbench website with model number as SM-S928N.

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S24 series next year. The lineup is rumoured to launch in January. Ahead of the official launch, we have been learning new details about the upcoming S24 series smartphone courtesy of benchmark listing. The Galaxy S24 global model was spotted on Geekbench a couple of days back. The benchmark listing revealed that the device will be powered by deca-core Exynos 2400 SoC. Now, in a recent development, the Galaxy S24 Korean variant has made an appearance on Geekbench.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Korean Version Appears on Geekbench

Similar to the global model, the Galaxy S24 Korean variant will be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2400 chipset. The device has been listed on the benchmarking website with model number as SM-S921N. The listing further reveals that the device will pack 8GB of RAM. The smartphone will run Android 14 out of the box with the company’s One UI 6.0 skin on top. The device has managed to pull off 2051 and 6204 points in the single-core and multi-core test result.

As far as the specifications of the device go, it is expected to feature a 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The imaging department on the device could be handled by a triple-camera setup. The S24 series is also rumoured to include some AI features which could be developed by Samsung itself. The vanilla S24 model will be offering 25W fast charging support, while the S24+ and the S24 Ultra will support up to 45W fast charging as revealed by the 3C certification previously.

The benchmark listing revealed that the S24 Ultra will be powered by an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The S24 Ultra is rumoured to feature a 6.8-inch display which could have a WQHD+ resolution. The device is tipped to boast a quad-camera setup and a UWB (Ultra-Wideband) Antenna.

A recent report courtesy of SBS Biz indicates that Samsung is planning to launch the S24 series on January 17, 2024. The lineup could be announced by Samsung in San Francisco, USA.
