Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi is geared up to launch a brand new Redmi Note series smartphone on March 12, 2020. So far, the company has not explicitly revealed whether the device will be the Redmi Note 9 or the Redmi Note 9 Pro. That being said, we were able to spot the Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphone on the Geekbench database website, which has not only confirmed its moniker, but has also given us a working clue about some of its key specifications. Take a look at the Geekbench scores and the specifications of the Redmi Note 9 Pro smartphone that we know so far.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro: Geekbench Scores and Key Specifications
As seen in the Geekbench database image, the Redmi Note 9 Pro has scored 569 in the single-core test and 1,755 in the multi-core test. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing has confirmed that the Redmi Note 9 Pro will run on Android 10 OS out of the box with the company’s in-house MIUI skin running atop. We can safely expect it to be MIUI 11. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 9 Pro will be powered by a 1.80GHz octa-core Qualcomm chipset, which will be coupled with 6GB of RAM. There will, however, be more RAM variants of the Redmi Note 9 Pro.
