Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus vs Realme 10 Pro Plus vs OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G: Verdict

On paper, Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus and Realme 10 Pro Plus appear to rank higher on various aspects than OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G. One reason is that Nord CE 2 5G is an older phone, and the introduction of newer phones has pushed it down the chain.

Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus has ambitions to take the camera throne in the segment, while Realme 10 Pro Plus aims to bring the flagship experience to the masses. The curved display has forever remained a mainstay of flagship smartphones, and Realme brings it down to Rs 25,000. Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus also has one of ace up its sleeves with its super-fast 120W charging. It’s among the fastest-charging phones in the segment and is marginally pricier than its Realme counterpart.

Both phones are powered by the same chipsets, so there isn’t much difference in terms of the raw performance of the smartphones.

But Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus comes with Android 12 only out of the box, Realme 10 Pro Plus comes with Android 13, and OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G has received the Android 13 update. It also doesn’t help the case of the Redmi phone that the phone will receive 2 Android version updates.

There’s no clear winner in the comparison of Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus and Realme 10 Pro Plus, if you want a premium flagship experience in a smartphone, you can choose Realme 10 Pro Plus, but if you want a better camera and want fast charging, you can select Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus. It all depends on what you want in a smartphone.
