The model packs a 64MP primary sensor, a 12MP secondary shooter, a 5MP tertiary lens, and a 2MP quaternary sensor. On the front panel, the company has added a 32MP shooter. The Realme smartphone is based on the Android 12 operating system with the Realme UI on top.

A 6,000mAh battery is included with the Realme 12 Pro. The firm introduced support for fast charging. The phone supports 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, dual SIM, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, dual speakers, and a USB Type-C port for connectivity.
