Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi launched the Redmi Note 12R Pro smartphone in China by the end of April. The Redmi Note 12R Pro features a 6.67-inch OLED display, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC, 12GB of RAM, a 48MP dual-camera setup, a 16MP selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery. Now, after the Redmi Note 12R Pro launch, it seems that Redmi will soon announce the Redmi Note 12R smartphone. Well, the reason for this is that the upcoming Redmi Note 12R smartphone is now spotted on China Telecom ahead of launch. The China Telecom listing reveals the full specifications, pricing, renders, and sale date details of the Redmi Note 12R.

Before we dive into the specifications of the device, let us take a look at the pricing of the Redmi Note 12R. As per the China Telecom listing, the Redmi Note 12R base model with 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage will be priced at CNY 1099 (Rs 12,573). The 6GB/8GB RAM model with 128GB of internal storage will retail for CNY 1199 (Rs 13,721) and CNY 1599 (Rs 18,300) respectively. The top-end model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage will be priced at CNY 1799 (Rs 20,600). The device will come in Midnight Black, Time Blue, and Sky Fantasy colour options. The time-to-market date is listed as June 30 on China Telecom. We can expect the smartphone to go on sale in China on June 30.

The Redmi Note 12R is listed on China Telecom with model number 23076RA4BC. The device has a punch-hole cutout at the centre and a dual-camera setup. The Redmi Note 12R will feature a 6.79-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution. The smartphone will pack up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
