Google Pixel Flip

The Google Pixel Flip is the second foldable smartphone by Google which features a clamshell-like design. The device has a host of significant features such as an AMOLED display and excellent cameras. The smartphone features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. The screen has a 120Hz refresh rate, 426 PPI pixel density, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The handset offers vibrant colours, deep blacks, and impressive brightness levels, delivering an immersive visual experience. The smartphone has a punch-hole cutout at the centre and thin bezels on all sides. The security aspect of the handset is handled by a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone also has face unlock support which works through the selfie camera.

On the software front, the Google Pixel Flip boots Android 13 out of the box with a stock Android user interface on top. The device makes use of a Tensor chipset which consists of a 2.85GHz dual-core Cortex X1 CPU, a 2.35GHz dual-core Cortex A78 CPU, and a 1.8GHz Cortex A55 CPU. The Tensor SoC ensures smooth multitasking, fast app launches, and seamless navigation. The device packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The handset features a dual-camera setup at the back. The camera module includes a 48MP main camera that has a PDAF, an OIS, and 4K video-recording support. Accompanying the 48MP sensor there is a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The rear-facing camera captures excellent photos and videos with exceptional detail and clarity. On the front side, the handset has a 10MP camera which has an f/2.4 aperture.

The smartphone incorporates a 4,000mAh battery which can easily last throughout the day on a single charge. Additionally, it supports 45 fast charging technology, allowing users to quickly charge the device. In terms of connectivity, the device has several features such as dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, 4G VoLTE, 5G, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
