Sony Launches New ULT Party Speakers Launches in India: Here’s Everything You Need To Know

Sony India has expanded its ULT Power Sound range in India with three new party speakers — the ULT Tower 5, ULT Tower 7 and ULT Tower Max. The new models bring upgraded audio hardware, lighting and party-focused features, with the range aimed at different room sizes and use cases.

The Sony ULT Tower 5 is the most compact model in the new lineup and delivers 300W of sound output. It features a 230mm woofer with ULT Duct technology, two tweeters and Sony's ULT Power Sound mode for enhanced bass. The speaker offers up to 20 hours of battery life and comes with an IPX4 rating. It also features 56 LEDs, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C, USB-A, RCA and XLR connectivity, along with microphone and DJ inputs.

The ULT Tower 7 steps up to a 420W output and uses a 280mm woofer, rear tweeter, two midrange drivers and four tweeters to deliver 360-degree sound. It supports ULT1, ULT2 and Live Flat sound modes, along with a 10-band EQ and Live Sound mode. The speaker offers up to 30 hours of battery life, IPX4 protection and 72 LEDs.

At the top of the lineup is the ULT Tower Max, which Sony says can deliver 2150W of power output. It uses three 280mm woofers, two midrange drivers and four tweeters, with support for 360-degree sound. The speaker also gets 100 LEDs, ULT1, ULT2 and Live Flat modes, a 10-band EQ and karaoke features. Unlike the other two models, it does not feature a built-in battery.

The ULT Tower 5 is priced at Rs 32,990, while the ULT Tower 7 costs Rs 49,990. Both will be available from October 8. The ULT Tower Max will be available from November 15 at Rs 1,39,990.

Sony is also offering launch benefits, including cashback of up to Rs 15,000 and a wireless microphone worth Rs 19,990 with the ULT Tower Max.
