Acer Unveils Swift Blade 14, Predator Atlas 7 and Veriton RI110 AI Mini Workstation

The new lineup spans an ultra-light 799g laptop, a compact gaming handheld and a mini workstation designed for local AI workloads.

Acer has unveiled a broad lineup of new devices, spanning thin-and-light laptops, gaming handhelds and AI-focused computing. The highlights include the 799g Swift Blade 14, the Predator Atlas 7 gaming handheld and the Veriton RI110 AI Mini Workstation.

Acer Swift Blade 14 Specifications And Features

The Acer Swift Blade 14 is the standout product for portability, weighing just 799g and measuring as thin as 12.9mm. It uses a magnesium-aluminium alloy and carbon-fibre construction and is available in Marshmallow Blue and Marshmallow White.

The laptop is powered by up to an Intel Core 7 processor 350, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 memory and up to 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. Acer offers up to a 3K OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 coverage, along with a 90% screen-to-body ratio and 16:10 aspect ratio.

The display options include a 14-inch WQXGA+ OLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, a WUXGA OLED panel with 60Hz refresh rate and an IPS LCD option. The laptop also gets a 50Wh battery, three USB-C ports, a 2MP FHD camera and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.

The Swift Air 16 was also announced alongside the Blade 14. It weighs 1.5kg, measures as thin as 13.3mm and features an all-aluminium chassis. It can be configured with up to an Intel Core 7 processor 350, 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of storage.

Its 16-inch display is available in OLED and IPS configurations, with the OLED option reaching WQXGA+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 coverage. The laptop also features a 70Wh battery with 100W fast charging, allowing it to reach 50% charge in 30 minutes.

Predator Atlas 7 Specifications And Features

Acer has also expanded its Predator handheld range with the Predator Atlas 7, which brings the company's high-end handheld hardware into a smaller 7-inch form factor. It is powered by up to an Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor and Intel Arc B390 graphics, with up to 24GB of LPDDR5x memory and 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.  The handheld features a 7-inch FHD touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness and VRR support. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus with DXC surface treatment provides additional scratch and glare protection. Cooling is handled by a dual-fan system featuring a Predator AeroBlade metal fan with 89 blades, alongside a secondary plastic fan. Acer's Vortex Flow tuning is designed to improve airflow during sustained workloads. The device can be configured with an 80Wh battery and weighs under 750g in that configuration.

The Atlas 7 also includes optional TMR joysticks, Hall-effect analogue triggers, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, UHS-II microSD support, Intel Killer Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed, with PredatorSense providing system monitoring and performance controls.

Acer says the Predator Atlas 7 will be available in North America from Q4 2026 and EMEA from November 2026.

Project DualPlay Mini Combines Gaming and Productivity

Alongside the Atlas 7, Acer showcased Project DualPlay Mini, an 8-inch concept device designed to work as both a gaming handheld and a mobile productivity machine. The device uses a flip-and-swivel design that allows it to switch between handheld and mini-laptop modes. A built-in backlit keyboard enables a more traditional PC gaming experience, while the handheld configuration is designed for console-style gaming. It can also connect to an external display for productivity use.

Acer has confirmed that Project DualPlay Mini is a concept only, with no commercial availability announced.

Acer Veriton RI110 Specifications And Features

For professional users, Acer has introduced the Veriton RI110 AI Mini Workstation, a compact desktop designed for local AI workloads including inference, content creation and design.

The workstation is powered by an Intel Core Ultra X7 processor 358H and Intel Arc B390 graphics, with support for AI models of up to 120 billion parameters. It can be configured with up to 96GB of LPDDR5X memory and 4TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. One of its key features is OCuLink connectivity, which provides up to 64Gbps bandwidth through a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface. This allows users to connect external GPUs and high-speed NVMe storage for additional computing capacity.

The RI110 also supports hybrid agentic AI workflows through sandbox environments. Acer's Qubi Claw can run local AI workflows in an isolated environment, with capabilities including online research, travel planning and audio transcription. Despite its workstation positioning, the RI110 has a compact footprint, measuring 138.5 × 131.3 × 52.1mm and weighing approximately 630g. It features Wi-Fi 7, dual LAN ports with 10GbE and 2.5GbE, Bluetooth 5.4, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort and two USB 4 Type-C ports.

Acer Covers All Use Cases

Acer's latest lineup covers three very different use cases, but the brand claims no increase in portability at the cost of performance. The Swift Blade 14 weighs 799g, making it one of the more interesting options for users who travel frequently.

The Predator Atlas 7 takes a similar approach to gaming, packing PC-class hardware, an 80Wh battery and a 120Hz display into a handheld form factor.

Meanwhile, the Veriton RI110 goes in a completely different direction, targeting professionals who want local AI computing in a remarkably compact workstation. As of availability, Indian pricing and launch date is not yet known at time of writing.
