BenQ has showcased its latest enterprise solutions at InfoComm India 2026, introducing new products designed for modern workplaces, including the BenQ Board CP5505, a 135-inch dvLED display and the iScreenBar lighting solution. The portfolio focuses on hybrid collaboration, large-scale presentations and improved lighting for individual workstations.
BenQ Board CP5505 Specifications And Features
The BenQ Board CP5505 is a 55-inch interactive display designed to bring hybrid meeting capabilities directly into executive cabins. It combines video conferencing, collaboration and content access in a single display, allowing executives to conduct meetings without depending entirely on dedicated conference rooms. The display can recognise the room, track speakers and facilitate conversations with remote participants. It also provides access to users' files and applications when they approach the display, reducing the need to connect separate devices or search for documents before meetings.
The CP5505 can also generate meeting transcripts and summaries, helping teams retain key information after discussions. BenQ says the display is designed for applications requiring detailed visuals, including legal, design and clinical environments, with colour accuracy designed to hold up to a Pantone check. Additional features include presentation controls, Google Assistant access and AI-powered meeting summaries.
BenQ 135-Inch dvLED Display, iScreenBar and ScreenBar Max Extend Specifications
BenQ also showcased a new 135-inch dvLED display designed for larger professional environments, including town halls, leadership addresses and presentations.
The display offers 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage, delivering vivid and accurate visuals for spaces where conventional displays may not provide sufficient viewing scale. It expands BenQ's workplace portfolio beyond individual meeting rooms to larger environments where visibility and presentation size are important.
BenQ also previewed two workspace lighting solutions in India: the iScreenBar and ScreenBar Max. The iScreenBar is designed exclusively for iMac users and uses the company's ASYM-Light anti-glare optical structure to provide uniform desk lighting without introducing screen reflections. Its design is tailored to complement the iMac's slim all-in-one form factor.
Meanwhile, the ScreenBar Max is designed for professionals using dual-monitor setups. It features the ASYM-TriZone Light optical system, which creates controlled triangular light distribution for horizontal, vertical and curved multi-display configurations.

BenQ has not announced the price or the availability of these products in India yet. The three solutions represent BenQ's approach to different workplace environments. The CP5505 targets executive cabins and hybrid meetings, the 135-inch dvLED display caters to larger presentation spaces, while the iScreenBar focuses on individual workstations. The showcase is part of BenQ's broader "AI for the Future Workspace" proposition and its continued engagement with India's partners, AV consultants and system integrators.
BenQ's latest workplace portfolio focuses on bringing collaboration tools closer to where people work, from executive cabins to large presentation spaces and individual desks.
