Ai+ has launched the Nova 2 Power 5G in India as the latest model in its Nova 2 series. The smartphone starts at ₹15,999 including bank offers, and will be available in 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB configurations. The first sale is scheduled for September 24 at midnight on Flipkart.
The Nova 2 Power 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout. It is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7100 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Storage can also be expanded using a microSD card.
For cameras, the phone has a 48-megapixel AI primary sensor alongside an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. A 13-megapixel front camera is housed in the display cutout.
The phone's main hardware highlight is its 7,000 mAh battery, which supports 33W fast charging. Other specifications include an IP65 rating, dual 5G SIM support, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
On the design front, the Nova 2 Power 5G uses a dual-tone rear panel and is offered in Blue Gold Fusion and Blue Fusion finishes, with Ocean Green, Deep Purple and Midnight Black also listed in the launch announcement. Ai+ introduced the phone through a runway presentation in New Delhi, positioning it alongside fashion and lifestyle products.
The Nova 2 Power 5G is part of Ai+'s Nova 2 series and is developed by NxtQuantum Shift Technologies. The company says its smartphones use NxtQuantum OS, its proprietary mobile operating system.
