The Motorola Razr Fold is set to launch in India soon, following its recent debut in the United States. The device marks Motorola's first entry into the book-style foldable segment, expanding beyond its established clamshell Razr lineup.
Although the handset was officially launched in the US on April 29, it was first unveiled globally at Mobile World Congress 2026 in March. Now, Motorola has confirmed its India arrival through a dedicated microsite, which reveals key details about the device's design and availability.
The microsite confirms that the Motorola Razr Fold will launch in India in May, although the exact date has not yet been announced. It also reveals that the phone will be available for purchase via Flipkart. The teaser showcases the handset in a black colour option and indicates that the Indian variant will retain the same design as the global model.
This development comes shortly after Motorola's US launch, positioning India as one of the next key markets for the device. Meanwhile, the company is also preparing to introduce the foldable in China on May 19, suggesting a broader global rollout strategy.
