It’s official. The much-hyped Oppo Find X9 series has finally landed in India, and this is a huge push from Oppo into the really expensive, “ultra-premium” phone market.
The new lineup, which has the Find X9 and the Find X9 Pro, hit the market today (Tuesday) at noon. You can grab them on Flipkart and the Oppo India store. It’s clear Oppo is planting its flag, ready to get into a brawl with phones like the Vivo X300, the new OnePlus 15, Xiaomi’s 17 Pro and whatever Samsung is planning for its S26 lineup.
This is Oppo’s camera-first family of phones, and it’s not holding back. It’s running that brand-new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip and, of course, continuing its big partnership with Hasselblad.
A Big Push for India
This is a pretty big deal for us in India. Oppo isn’t making us wait months; it’s launching here right alongside the global release. That’s a clear sign that it sees India as a top-priority market, not an afterthought.
Both phones are running the new Dimensity 9500 chip, fast RAM, and the latest Android 16. And get this: it confirmed the Indian models have the same crazy durability as the global ones. We’re talking IP66, IP68, and IP69 protection. These things are basically tanks – probably one of the toughest mainstream flagship phones you can buy.
Oppo Find X9, Find X9 Pro Pricing in India
Alright, let’s talk about the price, because… oof. The official prices have arrived, and they’re as follows.
Oppo Find X9 Pro (16GB/512GB): Rs 1,09,999
Oppo Find X9 (12GB/256GB): Rs 74,999
Oppo Find X9 (16GB/512GB): Rs 84,999
Also, there is the Oppo Hasselblad Teleconverter kit, which will be available as a separate attachment for Rs 29,999.
The Find X9 Pro and the Find X9 will be available starting 21st November on Oppo’s India website, Flipkart, and Amazon.
This pricing makes one thing crystal clear: Oppo isn’t trying to be the cheap option. It’s putting its phones right up against Samsung’s and Apple’s best.
As for colours, it’s keeping it classy and minimalist. The regular Find X9 comes in Space Black and Titanium Grey, while the Pro gets a Silk White and Titanium Charcoal colour options.
Let’s Talk Specs: The Guts of the Find X9
So, what do you get for all that money? A lot.
The “Standard” Oppo Find X9
The “base” model is anything but basic. It’s got a 6.7-inch, 120Hz screen, and it’s running that same top-tier Dimensity 9500 chip as the Pro. You get a triple 50-megapixel camera setup (main, ultrawide, and periscope zoom) and its “True Colour” tech, along with Hasselblad Colour Calibration.
But the battery… the battery is a massive 7,025mAh cell, with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. And yep, even this one has that full IP66/68/69 water and dust protection.
The Oppo Find X9 Pro
This is the one for the camera nerds. The screen is a little bigger (6.78 inches), but the camera system is the real story.
The headline feature is that insane 200-megapixel Hasselblad telephoto camera. It’s promising 13.2x lossless zoom and a 120x hybrid zoom. The main camera is a custom Sony sensor with a new “Real-Time Triple Exposure HDR.” In simple terms? Most phones take HDR photos one after another, which creates blurry “ghosts” in action shots. This phone captures all three at the same time – no more ghosting.
For video pros, it can shoot in 4K at 120fps (in Dolby Vision!) and even LOG format for serious colour grading. To power all that, it gets an even bigger 7,500mAh battery. This thing is a camera with a phone attached.
When and Where Can You Buy It
You can buy the Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro starting November 21st. They’re available on Flipkart and the Oppo India online store.
Oppo is swinging for the fences here. It’s not just selling a phone; it’s selling a premium, durable, pro-level camera. Now we have to see if it’s enough to win over India’s ultra-premium shoppers.
