Motorola launches the Moto Pad 70 Pro in India at a starting price of Rs 32,999, including a limited-period ICICI Bank discount of Rs 4,000. The tablet will go on sale from July 4 via Flipkart, Motorola.in, and leading retail stores. It is available in 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB variants, with storage expandable up to 2TB via microSD.

Moto Pad 70 Pro Specifications And Features

The Moto Pad 70 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and is claimed to score 2.5 million+ AnTuTu score. It features a 13-inch 3.5K LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 800 nits brightness, quad JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 10,200mAh battery with 45W TurboPower charging, 13MP rear and 8MP front cameras, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, USB-C 3.2, and runs Android 16 with upgrades promised up to Android 18 alongside four years of security updates. Motorola also bundles the Moto Pen Pro in the box, bringing AI features like Smart Capture, Sketch to Image, AI Super Res, AI Live Transcript, Smarter Reader, and AI Notes. An optional snap-on keyboard adds Desk Mode, WPS Office integration and AI-assisted productivity.

Positioned as a Laptop Alternative

With its large high-resolution display, flagship chipset, bundled stylus and optional keyboard, Motorola is clearly positioning the Moto Pad 70 Pro as more than just an entertainment tablet. The company is targeting students, creators and professionals looking for a portable productivity device without stepping into premium iPad pricing. At Rs 32,999, the Moto Pad 70 Pro packs flagship-level hardware that's rarely seen in this price segment. If Motorola delivers on its software experience and AI tools, this could become one of the strongest Android tablet launches of the year.
