OnePlus has fixed several camera-related issues with the Open Beta 5 build on the OnePlus Nord. The company has fixed the issue due to which users encountered frame drops while recording videos. Another issue due to which the camera preview wasn’t displayed properly in Nightscape tripod mode has also been fixed. Users also faced an issue with the preview while recording 1080P 60fps videos with the 0.6x ultra-wide-angle camera, OnePlus has fixed this issue as well with the update.
With Open Beta 5 update, users will now be able to connect to a WiFi network faster, the company has also improved the ability to detect wireless networks. OnePlus Nord OxygenOS 11 Open Beta users will receive the OTA update for the Open Beta 5. Let us take a detailed look at the changelogs below,

How to install OxygenOS 11 Open Beta on your OnePlus Nord!
Installing OxygenOS 11 Open Beta update on OnePlus Nord isn’t much of a task. OnePlus says that users can update to the OxygenOS Open Beta version without losing their data. However, to be on the safer side, the company advises users to take back up of personal data before proceeding with the process. OnePlus also warns users that this is a Beta build, and may not be as good as Stable builds. Let us now have a look at the flashing procedure,
- Users need to download the ROM zip file from the link provided below based on their region, and then copy this file to phone storage.
- Users need to head over to Settings -> System -> System Updates -> Click top right icon -> Local upgrade -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> upgrade, and wait for the process to get completed.
- As soon as the process completes, users can tap the Restart button.

OnePlus warns that moving back to a Stable build will require a full install and clean flash (full wipe of all data and cache). So, make sure you know your way around in case you are planning to switch to the Open Beta version.
