Honor recently confirmed the launch of the upcoming Honor 100 series smartphones. The upcoming series will include the vanilla Honor 100, Honor 100 Pro and Honor 100 GT smartphones. The smartphones will be the successor to the existing Honor 90 series smartphones. We recently spotted the upcoming smartphones on the 3C certification website.

The 3C certification website reveals the fast charging capacity of the forthcoming Honor smartphones. The complete specifications of the smartphone were recently tipped ahead of the November 23 launch. A report shared by ITHome reveals the GeekBench listings of the upcoming Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro smartphones.

Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro GeekBench Scores

The report shared by the publication reveals the listing of the smartphones in GeekBench 6. The vanilla smartphone is listed in GeekBench 6 with the model number MAA-AN00. The listing confirms that the smartphone will feature the chipset with the model number SM7550. The model number of the chipset confirms that Honor will equip the vanilla Honor 100 smartphone with the newest Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.

The chipset is built on a 4nm process and features one Cortex-A715 prime core clocked at 2.63GHz, three Cortex-A715 performance cores at 2.4 GHz, four Cortex-A510 efficiency cores at 1.8GHz and Adreno GPU. The listing confirms that the chipset will pair with up to 16GB of RAM. The GeekBench listing further adds that the device will run on Android 13 out of the box. The upcoming smartphone has scored 1139 points in single-core and 3375 points in multi-core tests.

In contrast, the Honor 100 Pro smartphone has been listed on GeekBench with the model number MAA-AN10. The smartphone will feature the chipset with the model number SM8550. The GeekBench listing confirms the previous leaks, which revealed that Honor will equip the device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Honor 100 Pro scored 1882 points in single-core and 4923 points in multi-core tests.

The GeekBench listing further adds that the device will run on Android 13 out of the box, similar to the vanilla smartphone. Honor will also equip the device with up to 16GB of RAM. The company aims to position the upcoming smartphones as premium mid-range smartphones. The 3C certification reveals that Honor will equip the forthcoming vanilla and Pro smartphones with 100W fast charging support.

The 3C certification confirms that the forthcoming devices will feature 5G connectivity. Digital Chat Station previously confirmed that the Honor 100 Pro will have an AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. Honor will equip the smartphone with high-frequency PWM Dimming for enhanced eye protection.

The teasers shared by the brand confirm that the vanilla and the Pro models will sport dual-camera and triple-camera setups. The upcoming smartphones are tipped to equip a 50MP primary lens with support for Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). Honor also confirms that the forthcoming devices will support capturing SLR-level photos. Honor is also tipped to launch the devices in White and Purple colour options.
