Now, the company is rumoured to launch a new smartphone – the Honor X9b 5G in the coming weeks in the Indian market. This is a mid-range offering from the company, which made its global debut back in October. Now, a Honor handset with the model number ALI-NX1 has cleared Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification. This upcoming handset is the Honor X9b 5G.

The Honor ALI-NX1 has acquired Bureau of Indian Standards certification. A quick Google search about the model number brought Honor X9b 5G listings from multiple e-commerce platforms confirming that the ALI-NX1 is the Honor X9b.
The Honor X9b is a mid-range offering and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. The upcoming Honor X9b costs Singapore Dollar $439 (around Rs 27,000) and will compete against the likes of the Realme 11 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ in the Indian market.
The Honor X9b 5G features a curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and 1200nits peak brightness. It comes equipped with a 108MP rear camera and a 16MP front camera.
The handset packs a 5800mAh battery unit which is supported by 35W fast charging. On security front, it offers a fingerprint scanner.
