According to the Google Play Console listing, the Wildfire E3 will come with an HD+ display. The screen will have a 720 x 1600 resolution and a water-drop notch on top. The image attached with the listing also reveals that the display will be surrounded by slightly thick bezels.
HTC Wildfire E3 will get powered by a MediaTek MT6762d chip. This is the codename for the MediaTek Helio P22 processor that is found in budget smartphones. There will be four ARM Cortex A53 cores clocking at 1.8GHz, and four efficiency cores clocked at 1.5GHz. The phone will come with 3GB of RAM.
The Wildfire E3 will run on Android 10 mobile operating system out of the box.
