iQOO is set to unevil the iQOO 12 series smartphones on November 7 in China. Ahead of the official launch, the iQOO 12 lineup has been making round on the web courtesy of several leaks and certifications. Recently, the iQOO 12 series devices were spotted on the 3C certification. The listing revealed that the lineup will be offering up to 120W fast charging support. Additionally, the iQOO 12 Pro made an appearance at Geekbench yesterday. Now, in a recent development, the iQOO 12 is spotted on the Geekbench website.

iQOO 12 Will Boot Android 14 Out Of The Box

The benchmark listing reveals that the iQOO 12 (V2307A) will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It’s no surprise considering that the company had already confirmed the same chipset for the iQOO 12. Furthermore, the benchmark listing also confirms that the device will pack up to 12GB of RAM. As for the software, the handset will be running Android 14 out of the box with the newly announced OriginOS 4 on top.

The iQOO 12 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch E7 AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Apart from the 12GB RAM model, the device also could launch in 16GB RAM configuration along with 512GB of internal storage. The iQOO 12 series is expected to feature a triple-camera setup. The camera module on both devices might include a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 64MP telephoto camera with OIS support.

In a piece of related news, earlier today iQOO confirmed that the iQOO 12 Pro will feature a E7 AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device will have a curved screen and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. The company also confirmed today that the iQOO 12 Pro will pack up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. It is also confirmed that the handset will have a four-zone heat dissipation architecture with a 6K ultra-large vapor chamber area.
