Lava Yuva 3 Micro-Site Goes Live on Amazon; Expected to Debut Soon in India

Lava is yet to launch its latest budget phone, the Lava Yuva 3, but its micro-site has gone live on Amazon confirming that it will be sold exclusively via Amazon in the country.

Lava Yuva 3’s teaser on Amazon reveals that the handset will be equipped with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The company claims that the UFS 2.2 storage on the Yuva 3 is 3x faster compared to eMMC storage.

The teaser also mentions a 64GB storage option and support for 512GB expandable memory.

Further, it is also clear that it will be sold in two storage options of 64GB and 128GB. These variants will be equipped with UFS 2.2 storage and will also allow users to expand storage further by up to 512GB. Apart from this, Lava and Amazon haven’t revealed anything about the upcoming Yuva series handset.

The Lava Yuva 3 will arrive as a successor to the Lava Yuva 2 which was introduced back in August in India.

How Does Lava Yuva 3 Stack up Against Recently Launched Lava Yuva 3 Pro?

The upcoming Lava Yuva 3 is expected to be cheaper that the Yuva 3 Pro and as a result it should also offer inferior specifications compared to the pro model.

The Lava Yuva 3 Pro price in India is Rs 8,999 for 8GB + 128GB configuration option. Whereas, the Yuva 2 in 4GB + 64GB configuration retails for Rs 6,999 in the country. We can expect the Lava Yuva 2 to be priced in Rs 7,000-9,000 price bracket.

The Lava Yuva 3 Pro is powered by a UniSoC T616 processor which comes with an integrated Mali G57 GPU. The handset flaunts a 6.5-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and centered punch hole notch. The Yuva series smartphone packs a 5000mAh battery and features support for 18W fast charging.

The Lava Yuva 3 Pro, on the optics front, comes equipped with a dual-rear camera setup which includes a 50MP primary shooter. The selfies and video calls on the handset are taken care of by an 8MP front shooter. It features a glass back panel and retails in Forest Viridian, Desert Gold, and Meadow Purple colour options.
