The launch of the quad-lens Lenovo S5 Pro seems to be getting closer now, with Lenovo vice-president Chang Cheng posting online another image shot from the upcoming handset. The image, like the ones he has been posting since the beginning of October, carries the watermark of the Lenovo S5 Pro, and flaunts a super zoom lens, with 2x optical zoom. The photo is not anything special in itself, but the watermark speaks for the imaging abilities of the handset. Also, the fact that Cheng is posting images from the upcoming handset on Chinese microblogging site, Weibo at regular intervals suggests that the launch is only a matter of a little time now.
Lenovo S5 Pro To Have Super 2X Optical Zoom
The image shared by Cheng today shows a man walking into a building, which is nothing exceptional, only the image appears to be of high quality. There is no noise or pixel issue that is perceptible just by looking at it, which means that the handset will be able to shoot 2x optical zoom pictures in good quality. We have reported earlier that the Lenovo S5 Pro is set to launch with four lenses at the rear side of the handset. Two days ago, Cheng posted another image with the same watermark, and two days before that, on October 4, he had posted a picture of a skyscraper with the same watermark. All these images show excellent quality, suggesting that the superzoom ability of the upcoming handset could be its USP.
