The OnePlus 12 will feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It will be paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. OnePlus is also expected to launch a 24GB+1TB variant of the device in India.
The OnePlus 12 will also feature 4th-generation Hasselblad cameras. The device gets a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary camera with OIS, a 64MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and a 48MP ultrawide lens. The selfie camera is a 32MP sensor.
The Amazon listing confirms that the OnePlus 12 will feature 50W wireless charging in India, which the company calls as AIRVOOC. The phone will be powered by a 5400mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging.
OnePlus 12: Expected Pricing in India
The OnePlus 12 is priced in China at CNY 4299 (approx Rs 50,600) for the 12GB+256GB variant. To recall, the OnePlus 11 was launched in India for Rs 56,999. Considering these factors and the upgrades present in the OnePlus 12, we can expect the device to be priced at around Rs 60,000.
The OnePlus 12R could be priced at around Rs 50,000 or lower. The device will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset from last year, a flatscreen OLED display and will miss out on wireless charging for its flagship killer price point.
