Last month, OnePlus launched the OnePlus Nord CE 4 smartphone in India. Now, the company appears to be prepping to introduce the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite. We have spotted the upcoming Nord CE 4 Lite on Singapore’s IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority) certification. Take a look at the details.
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite’s IMDA certification listing reveals its model number, CPH2621. However, the listing doesn’t reveal the device’s specifications.
The OnePlus CPH2621 was previously spotted on the EuroFins certification, revealing that it will feature a 5,430mAh battery and 80W SuperVOOC fast charging support. OnePlus will likely market this as a 5,500mAh capacity battery.
Previously, a Geekbench listing revealed that the OnePlus CPH2621 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor and 12GB of RAM. However, this doesn’t seem right because OnePlus hasn’t launched the Nord CE Lite smartphone with a 12GB RAM configuration.
Also, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. It is highly unlikely that the brand will provide such a huge performance upgrade to the Nord CE Lite series device. Moreover, the recently launched OnePlus Nord CE 4 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. So, there is no way that the Nord CE 4 ‘Lite’ will come with a more powerful processor.
There is a good chance that the Geekbench benchmark listing might be spoofed. We have seen this happen in the past. We shall keep you updated with further developments on the CPH2621.
