The upcoming Samsung Galaxy M44 will feature a triple-camera setup.
The device could be powered by a Snapdragon 888 SoC.
The smartphone will be arriving as a sucessor to the Galaxy M34 5G.
Samsung launched the Galaxy M34 5G smartphone in India back in July. The Galaxy M34 5G is a mid-range 5G smartphone which comes with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display and a 50MP triple-camera setup. The device is powered by Exynos 1280 SoC which is aided with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Now, it seems that the M34 5G will be soon getting a successor in the form of the Galaxy M44. Though the launch date of the device is yet to be revealed by Samsung, its first look is now leaked via an image shared by tipster Anthony on X (formerly Twitter).
Samsung Galaxy M44 First Look Revealed
The leaked image reveals that the upcoming Galaxy M44 will have the same design as that of the Galaxy M34 5G. The device will boast a triple-camera setup at the back which will be accompanied by a LED flash. To recall, the smartphone was previously spotted at NRRA Korea certification last month. The listing revealed the model number of the device as SM-M446K.
Apart from NRRA certification, the handset was also spotted at Geekbench back in July. The benchmark listing revealed that the smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC. The smartphone might pack up to 6GB of RAM. As for the software, the handset is expected to boot Android 13 out of the box.
Currently, the launch date of the device is yet to be revealed. We can expect the smartphone to debut in India, Korea, and few more countries in the coming few weeks. As mentioned-above, this upcoming offering from Samsung will succed the Galaxy M34 5G. To recall, the Galaxy M34 5G comes with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that has a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device packs up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
It features a triple-camera setup which consists of a 50MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP lens. The primary 50MP camera on the device has an OIS support. The smartphone sports a 12MP camera on the frontside. The other key features which the M34 5G offer includes a 6,000mAh battery, and 25W fast charging support. The smartphone is priced at Rs 18,999 in India and it comes in Prism Silver, Midnight Blue, and Waterfall Blue colours.
