Original story follows…
Samsung is reportedly gearing up for the launch of its brand new flagship series, the Samsung Galaxy S21 lineup of smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy S21 series is tipped to launch in January 2021 and has been a part of leaks and rumors for quite some time now. The renders, specifications, and features of the Samsung Galaxy S21, Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra have been leaked in the past and today, we have spotted the vanilla Samsung Galaxy S21 variant on the FCC certification website. Take a look at the FCC certification for the Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone and find out what it has in store for us.
Samsung Galaxy S21 visits FCC, launch imminent
As seen in the FCC certification screenshots, the Samsung Galaxy S21 (with the model number SM-G991U) has recently been certified. Until now, the FCC certification does not contain much information about the device, save for the fact that it will feature 25W wired fast charging and 9W wireless charging.
If you are unaware, the Samsung Galaxy S21 series is otherwise tipped to skip a charger inside the retail box, so this charger (EP-TA800) could likely be the one Samsung might officially recommend to use with the Samsung Galaxy S21. The FCC certification also reveals the various frequency bands the Samsung Galaxy S21 will operate within.
Other than what we mentioned in the above paragraph, the FCC certification does not tell us anything else about the Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone so far. That said, there have been several leaks in the past that showcase the looks and specifications of the entire Samsung Galaxy S21 series.
