Tecno has launched a new budget smartphone. The company has refreshed its Spark series and unveiled the Tecno Spark Go 2023. The device is a successor to the 2022 model and is expected to launch soon in India. The phone gets some incremental upgrades over the outgoing model. The Spark Go 2023 has a polycarbonate back. No surprises there as the phone is an entry-level offering.

Tecno Spark Go 2023 Price in India and Specifications
The Tecno Spark Go 2023 is an entry-level smartphone offering. The budget smartphone will take on the likes of the POCO C50 and Redmi A1. The Spark Go 2023 has been launched with three storage options. The base model with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage is priced at Rs 6,999. The phone is also available in GB + 64GB and 4GB + 64GB options. It will be available for purchase in Endless Black, Uyuni Blue, and Nebula Purple.
The phone sports a 6.56-inch IPS LCD with a waterdrop notch at the top for the front camera. It has an HD+ resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The display supports a 120Hz touch sampling rate.
The phone has a squarish camera module on the back. It comes with a dual-camera setup. There is a 13MP primary camera with an f/1.85 aperture. The phone also comes with a QVGA sensor and LED flash on the back. The camera island also houses a fingerprint scanner.
On the front, there is a 5MP front camera. The phone comes with camera features like HDR. Time Lapse, AI Scene Detection, etc. It draws power from a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC. The phone also packs a 5000mAh battery. It supports 10W charging via a USB Type-C port. The phone is claimed to offer up to 25 hours of video playback on a single charge.
In terms of software, the Spark Go 2023 boots on last year’s Android 12-based HiOS 12.0 out of the box. The phone measures 163.86 x 75.51 x 8.9mm. it also has an IPX2 rating for dust resistance.
