Xiaomi is rumoured to launch the 13T series soon. The company’s new T-series premium smartphone lineup will likely include two devices. There will be the 13T 5G, on top of which would sit the 13T Pro. Xiaomi is yet to confirm the launch details of the devices at the time of writing this. The phones are likely to launch in the ongoing Q3 of 2023. It looks like the launch of the 13T series is imminent. The Xiaomi 13T Pro has been spotted on Geekbench ahead of its official debut.
The listing on Geekbench confirms some key specifications of the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone. Based on the leaked details, it looks like Xiaomi might launch the 13T Pro with up to 16GB of RAM. If so, it would be the most that a Xiaomi T-series phone ever packed at launch. Let’s take a look at the Xiaomi 13T Pro specifications, features and other details known so far.
Xiaomi 13T Pro: Key Specifications Revealed Via Geekbench
The Xiaomi 13T Pro carries the model number 23078PND5G. The Android smartphone has been spotted on Geekbench ahead of the launch. The listing on Geekbench reveals that the Xiaomi 13T Pro will feature a MediaTek Dimensity processor with a peak clock speed of 3.35GHz. The SoC also features four performance cores clocked at 3.0GHz and three efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz. There is a Mali-G715-Immortalis MC11 GPU. Based on the details surfaced, it is safe to say that the 13T Pro will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC under the hood.
The flagship SoC from MediaTek will be paired with 16GB of RAM under the hood. We can expect Xiaomi to launch the phone with 256GB or even 512GB of storage. The phone scored 1289 and 3921 points in the Geekbench 6 single-core and multi-core tests.
It has also been spotted running Android 13 out of the box. As expected, the Xiaomi phone will boot MIUI 14 on top of Android.
The device was recently spotted on the IMDA certification website, hinting at an imminent launch. Additionally, the rumour mill has revealed some specifications and the pricing details of the phone.
The 13T Pro is tipped to carry a launch price of £799 (roughly Rs 82,900) for the 12GB + 512GB storage option. The phone is also said to launch in a Meadow Green colour option. It will pack a 5000mAh battery under the hood and offer 67W fast charging support.
The device is also said to feature a Leica-tuned camera setup on the back. Xiaomi has reserved the Leica partnership for its flagship series phones. However, it looks like the Leica collaboration with extend to the T-series later this year. The 13T Pro will feature a triple-camera setup on the back. It might feature a 200MP camera sensor on the back. The phone is also said to sport a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
