Moto G24 Pricing, Specifications And Renders Surface Online Ahead of Debut

Motorola will debut multiple G-series smartphones soon in international markets. The upcoming Moto G24, Moto G24 Power, and Moto G04 smartphones were spotted in multiple certifications ahead of its debut. The G24 Power smartphone was listed on a European retailer website, revealing the pricing and specifications.

The renders of the base Moto G24 smartphone were previously revealed by tipster Evan Blass on X (formerly Twitter). Now, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, on X (formerly Twitter), has revealed the specifications, renders, and pricing of the forthcoming Moto G24 smartphone in partnership with Appuals. The leaked specifications and pricing hint that Motorola aims to target entry-level smartphone customers.

Moto G24: Pricing, Specifications

The Lenovo-owned brand will debut the smartphone in a sole variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The upcoming affordable G24 smartphone will be priced at EUR 169 (approx. Rs 15,340) in European countries. The pricing of the smartphone is subject to vary in each country according to the different taxes.

Motorola will equip the smartphone with a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel with an HD+ resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels. The IPS LCD panel will sport a refresh rate of 90Hz, a pixel density of 269 PPI, and a centred punch hole cutout to house the selfie camera.

The smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, built on a 12nm process. The Helio G85 chipset sports two Cortex A75 cores clocked at 2.0GHz, six Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz, and a Mali G52 MP2 GPU. The chipset pairs with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 internal storage.

The upcoming smartphone will also feature a microSD card to expand the storage. The smartphone will debut with My UX, based on Android 14 out of the box. The Lenovo-owned brand will sport a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture.

The 50MP primary sensor will be paired with a 2MP secondary macro sensor with a f/2.4 aperture. The centred punch hole cutout in the display will house the 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone will be backed by a 5000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging technology.

The device will measure 163 x 75 x 7.99 mm and weigh 180 grams. The fingerprint scanner will be integrated into the power button of the smartphone. The connectivity options will include dual Nano-SIM support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.0.

The report also claims that the Motorola smartphones will come with ambient light, proximity, compass, acceleration, and gyroscope sensors. The render reveals that the power button and volume rockers will be placed on the right side of the device. The left side of the smartphone is clean, except for the SIM card tray.

The USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and primary microphone can be seen on the bottom of the device. The 3.5mm headphone will be placed on top. The renders confirm that Motorola will equip the device with Dolby Atmos support. Motorola will debut the smartphone in Black, Green and Pink colours.
